离心机转子力学性能的有限元分析及测试

摘    要:进行了转子主轴静力学分析,通过施加不同激振力,实验测试了不同部位的应力。利用ANSYS软件模拟计算了相同激振力下转子主轴的应力,与实验测试结果吻合度较好。利用该计算模型推算出若干种工况下转子最大弯曲应力。结果表明:该有限元模型能较好地分析几种危险工况下转子力学性能,为未来研究更多复杂工况和优化设计提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:The static analysis on the rotor's principal axle was implemented,and the stress against exciting force at rotor's different parts was tested and simulated with ANSYS software to show an ideal goodness of fit;and making use of this computation model,the rotor's maximum bending stress at various conditions was derived.The results show that this finite element model can analyze rotor's mechanical properties at dangerous conditions and can provide theoretical foundation for later researching of complex working conditions and the optimal design.
