摘    要:在对内蒙古京泰发电有限公司2号机组300 MW发电机进行直流耐压试验时,发现发电机有接地放电异常现象,经分析并与其他电厂同类问题进行比较,确定放电现象是由于中性点连接铜排与出线罩绝缘距离不足造成的.对此采用专用耐压绝缘胶皮并配合环氧树脂板绝缘材料覆盖在中性点连接铜排上以加强绝缘的措施进行处理.同时建议试验时要注意排除空气湿度的影响,改进后试验结果满足要求.

Abstract:DC voltage test in Inner Mongolia Jing Tai Power Company Limited 2 unit 300 MW generator showed that ground discharge abnormal phenomenon occured in the generator.Through the comparison of the discharge spark during the test and the similar problem in other power plants,the author identified that the discharge was caused by improper distance between neutral point connection copper bar and outlet cover insulation.So the measure of special insulation rubber and epoxy resin insulating material to cover neutral point connecting bar reinforced insulation was adopted to solve this problem.After rectification,test met the requirements,which could be a reference to DC withstand voltage test of the same type units.
