| 摘 要： | 用聚乙二醇、芳香族二异氰酸酯和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料,制备了反应型乳化剂(RE),应用FTIR表征了RE的化学结构。进一步以RE为反应性单体与丙烯酸酯进行自由基共聚,制备了聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,讨论了RE分子链中PEG链段的相对分子质量对乳液粒径及分布的影响。

| Abstract: | Three new reactive emulsifiers have been synthesized from PEG, MDI and HEMA. The emulsifiers contain unsaturated double bond at the two end of the molecular chain, which can react according to radical polymerization mechanism. The chemical structures of the emulsifiers have been characterized by FT IR. The emulsion polymerization of the emulsifiers with the acrylic monomers has been carried out. The effect of PEG relative molecular mass on the size and distribution of the emulsion particles has been discussed. |
