| 摘 要： | 围绕面向现代产品设计开发过程与开发环境的保质设计过程和方法模型展开研究。针对现行保质设计方法与过程缺乏系统性的问题,引入集成化与系统化思想,将产品设计开发过程作为一个面向产品全生命周期、多因素多目标优化的闭环系统加以研究。提出了集成化保质设计过程的概念,建立了涵盖质量规划与优化、质量评价与决策、质量改进、设计质量控制等主要环节的保质设计集成化过程与方法模型。

| Abstract: | The process and methodology model of DFQ was studied.To promote the integrity and systematization level of DFQ process,a concept called Integrated DFQ(design for quality) was introduced,in which the product development process was studied as a whole-lifecycle-oriented,multi-factors-targets-optimization process.Based on analysis of the relationship between DFQ methods and tools,the process and methodology framework of Integrated DFQ is constructed,in which the main processes of DFQ(such as quality planning, quality optimization,design quality evaluation,design quality improvement,design quality control,etc.) are integrated by a uniform data structure. |
