管接头挤压铸造成型工艺及模具设计

摘    要:经过对管接头零件结构进行分析,确定采用挤压铸造工艺成形管接头.设计了两套挤压铸造模具,分析了模具结构特点及工作过程,最终确定弯销侧向分型间接挤压铸造模具方案.其模具结构简单、侧分型距离短,便于实现自动化生产.生产实践表明,管接头弯销侧向分型间接挤压铸造模具能够满足企业生产要求.

Abstract:Considering the construction of connecting-piece,the squeeze-casting process was used to shape connecting piece and two sets of squeeze casting mold were designed for it.After analyzing the characteristics of them,the scheme of indirect squeeze-casting mould was selected for its simple construction and short-distance side-joint.This construction was proved to be right after practicing.
