摘    要:通过相当于太钢75 t椭圆形钢包容量1/9的水模型,采用N2模拟底吹氩和顶吹氧试验,研究了VOD底吹位置和吹气量对钢液混匀时间的影响。试验结果表明,模型合理吹气量为1.1~1.3 m3/h,相当于75t钢水VOD处理的吹气量350~460 L/min;单底吹砖位置越靠近钢包中心,混匀时间越短;用双底吹砖或三底吹砖吹气时,混匀时间明显缩短,但存在最佳底砖分布位置。顶底复吹时,为取得较好的效果,亦存在顶吹-底吹气量的最佳配合及相应的有利位置。

Abstract:The effect of VOD bottom blowing location and blowing rate on mixing time of molten steel was studied by a water model corresponding to 1/9 volume of the 75 t ladle with oval cross section at Taiyuan Steel.The test results showed that the available blowing rate for model was 1.1~1.3 m³/h coresponding to flowing rate 350~460 L/min in VOD refining of 75 t molten steel; the location of single blowing brick at bottom was nearer to ladle center the mixing time was shorter; and the mixing time was obviously shorter as bottom blowing with 2 or 3 blowing bricks but there were optimum distribution locations af bottom bricks. There were optimurn matching of top blowing rate and bottom blowing rate and coresponding location during top-bottom blowing to get better effect.
