| 摘 要： | 介绍了软件能力成熟度模型(CMM)体系的基础CMM2和软件过程改进，阐述了基于工作流的Lotus Domino／Notes系统和CMM基本原理上的软件过程管理系统。介绍了其体系结构设计和功能设计，并提供了过程改进模型和部分功能的实现方法。
