| 摘 要： | 乐东15-1气田的天然气压缩机控制系统是一套独立的AB PLC控制系统,中控室操作站只能监视天然气压缩机的部分参数,而不能对天然气压缩机进行控制。通过对中控DeltaV DCS系统进行通信改造,实现中控DeltaV系统与天然气压缩机PLC控制系统的MODBUS双向通信,并且在中控操作站增加天然气压缩机操控人机界面,最终通过MOD-BUS通信实现中控DCS系统对天然气压缩机的远程监控。

| Abstract: | The gas compressor control system of Ledong 15-1 gas field is an independent AB PLC control system, the operating station of center control room can only monitor partial parameters of the gas compressor and can not control the gas compressor. In order to establish MODBUS bi-directional communication between the DeltaV distributed control system and the gas compressor control system, reconstructs the communication of DeltaV DCS and adds the human machine interface of gas compressor control in the operating station. And finally, realizes the gas compressor remote monitoring of DCS through MODBUS communication. |
