铅酸蓄电池固化条件的研究

摘    要:通过对不同固化温度的正极板的放电容量、活性物质利用率、循环寿命的研究 ,结合正极活性物质的SEM、XRD测试分析 ,得到提高固化温度可以提高正极板的循环寿命的结论。

Abstract:The effects of the curing temperature on the discharge capacity,the active material utilization and the cycle life for the positive electrode were studied and tested by using SEM and XRD techniques.The experiment results show that the cycle life of the positive plates processed at high curing temperature is longer than that of the plates at low curing temperature.
