摘    要:为了有效控制油田地面管线腐蚀穿孔事故,针对某油田地面管线2014年腐蚀穿孔的情况,从管道材质、输送介质及腐蚀形式等方面进行了统计分析。分析结果显示,最易导致腐蚀穿孔的管线是污水管线,且普遍属于内腐蚀,主要是CO2-H2S-Cl--H2O-O2电化学腐蚀最终导致了穿孔。同时研究了导致金属管线和非金属管线腐蚀穿孔的主控影响因素,在此基础上提出了具体的防治和管理措施,从而事先预防管线的腐蚀穿孔,保障油田的安全正常生产。

Abstract:In order to effectively control corrosion perforation accidents in oil field surface pipeline, according to the corrosion perforation condition in an oil field in 2014, the statistical analysis was carried out from pipeline material, transmission medium and corrosion type, etc. It found out that corrosion perforation most easily appeared in sewage pipeline, moreover generally belongs to the internal corrosion, mainly CO2-H2S-Cl--H2O-O2 electrochemical corrosion eventually led to the punch. Then the main influence factors caused corrosion perforation of metal pipeline and nonmetal pipeline were further detailedly analyzed, on this basis some specific measures of prevention and management were put forward prevent corrosion perforation and ensure the safety production of oil field.
