顺丁烯二酸二甲酯合成反应宏观动力学研究

摘    要:利用固定床积分反应器考察了反应温度、空速对顺酐与甲醇反应生成顺丁烯二酸二甲酯反应的影响,并对实验数据进行回归,得到了宏观动力学方程式。在实验条件范围内,甲醇与顺酐酯化生成单酯的反应可以看成不可逆反应;甲醇与单酯进一步反应生成双酯的反应为可逆反应;甲醇过量条件下甲醇与顺酐酯化反应中甲醇的反应级数为0级。

Abstract:Dimethyl maleate was synthesized using methanol and maleic anhydride as reactants over cationic exchange resin in a fixed-bed reactor isothermally. The influences of temperature, space velocity and the content of methanol in feed were manifested and explained. The kinetic equation was obtained through regressing experimental data. In the experiment regime, the reaction of methanol with maleic anhydride producing methyl maleate could be seen as irreversible and the order of maleic anhydride was 0.88. While the reaction of methyl maleate with methanol producing dimethyl maleate could be seen as reversible, and the order of methyl maleate, dimethgl maleate and water was -0.068, -1.51 and 2.12, respectively. Since methanol is in suplus, its order was zero.
