基于Pro／E族表的滚动轴承系列化研究

用Pro／E族表的设计方法进行了产品系列化研究，能极大地提高设计效率，具有很强的实用价值。文中介绍了Pro／E标准件库开发遵循的基本方法。通过实际典型例子，即以深沟球轴承的建模、装配、系列化为例，介绍了直接利用Pro／E的族表系列化产品及创建轴承标准件的过程，具有较强的可读性，并对族表在产品化系列过程中遇到的问题提出了具体的解决办法。

Research of the Seriation of the Rolling Bearings Based on Family Table of Pro/E

Research of the product seriation which use the design method of family table of pro/e can greatly improve design efficiency and have a strong practical value. The purpose is to introduce a basic method about pro/e standard parts library exploitation. By combining with living typical example, that is, as an example in deep groove ball bearing of modeling, assembly and serialization, seriation products and course of establishing the library of rolling bearing standard parts being realized by utilizing family table of pro/e directly have been introduced and have a strong readability, and concrete methods for solution of meeting questions in the course of product seriation have been raised.
