| Abstract: | The authors have done some research work on starting process for multi-cylinder direct injected diesel engine. Under unstable running condition from motoring to firing, the real-time data were collected and analyzed. The effect factors and situation inside the cylinder were revealed. It is a basic research for predicting the starting performance of direct injected diesel engines in design phase. |
