桔皮中提取黄酮类化合物方法的比较研究

摘    要:根据实验设计得出游离酶解条件,以此条件对桔皮细胞进行游离酶、固定化酶和常规法提取,黄酮得率分别为:1.43%、0.94%和0.79%。和传统的方法相比,游离酶法的总黄酮得率提高了81%。

Abstract:The free cellulase-pectinase based extraction, immobilized cellulase-pectinase based extraction and the traditional extraction of total flavonoids from orange peels were studied in the article.The extracting ratio of total flavonoids was 1.43 %, 0.94 % and 0.79 % respectively. Compared with traditional extraction, the extracting ratio of freeenzymes based extraction was increased 81% or so.
