摘    要:为提高 Si C增强铝基复合材料的抗蚀性能 ,利用 Kr F准分子激光在高纯度氮气环境下对Si C晶须增强铝基复合材料进行气体合金化处理。处理后 ,在试件表面形成了一个几微米厚的富含Al N陶瓷相的表面改性层。该层不再含有导致材料抗蚀性恶化的金属间化合物 ,Si C增强相的数量也大幅度减少。准分子激光气体合金化对金属基复合材料的复合抗蚀机理使材料的抗腐蚀性能得到了显著提高

Abstract:A technique of KrF excimer laser gas alloying with pure nitrogen being employed to improve the corrosion resistance of Al/SiC metal matrix composite is reported in this paper. After excimer laser surface treatment, an aluminum nitride contained layer with a few microns thick was formed on the surface of Al/SiC MMC. In this layer, all of the CuAl 2 and most of the SiC reinforcement, which were considered to accelerate the corrosion process of Al/SiC composite, were decomposed and absent. The multiple mechanism of excimer laser gas alloying is confirmed to be effective to improve the corrosion resistance of Al/SiC composite.
