电光调Q射频激励波导CO2激光器

摘    要:报道了电光调Q射频波导CO2激光器,其中波导长度400mm,在插入电光调Q晶体但不加调制电压情况下,激光器的连续输出功率为3.5W。调Q脉冲重复频率1Hz~10kHz可调,在10kHz重复频率时,获得了脉冲峰值功率为200W,脉冲宽度为400ns的输出。

Abstract:An electrooptically Q-switched RF excited CO2 waveguide laser is presented. The waveguide length is 400 mm. The cw output power of 3.5 W has been achieved with the electrooptic crystal without pulse voltage, mounted within the waveguide. The Q-switched pulse repetition rate is 1 Hz~10 kHz. The peak power of 200 W and the pulse width of 400 ns have been obtained at the pulse repetition rate of 10 kHz.
