摘    要:设计了一种新颖的Fuzzy-PI复合控制系统,成功地用于尿素吸收塔的液位控制。这种复合控制策略较好地解决了闭环情况下的大功率变频调速和非线性、大惯性、大滞后系统的稳定控制问题。实际运行和测试结果表明,该系统比PI控制的动态响应速度快,超调量小,稳态精度高,鲁棒性强;而且可靠性高,节电效果明显。

Abstract:A novel fuzzy-PI compound control system for urea absorbing tower has heen designed in this paper. This system has been successfully used to control the liquid level in the urea absorbing tower. it has realized the steady close-loop control for large capacity frequency changer and controlled the system which includes nonlinearity, large mertia and large time lag. This system has been operating and testing since 1993.The results show this system has quicker dynamic respones, smaller overshoot, higher steady-state precision and stronger robustness than PI control. Moreover, this system has a high reliability and substantial effects in energy-saving.
