数字化控时淬火冷却工艺及设备的研究与应用

摘    要:针对工程中遇到的中碳合金钢件淬火油冷力学性能低和水冷开裂的问题,提出了预冷与水.空气交替控时淬火冷却的工艺方法.该方法的核心是通过计算机模拟确定工艺,并在计算机控制下的淬火冷却设备上实现.该方法在塑料模具钢锻坯、长轴类锻件和船用曲轴锻件等产品的调质处理中得到了成功应用,解决了用传统工艺和其它介质难以解决的难题.
