摘    要:控制器参数整定需要对实际对象进行建模,工程上常用的模型是阶跃响应模型即飞升曲线。根据数字控制平台的特点给出三种阶跃模型:无量纲广义数字对象模型即从数字控制量到数字被控制量;半量纲广义对象模型即从数字控制量到带量纲的实际物理被控量;全量纲对象模型即从带量纲的实际物理控制量到带量纲的实际物理被控量。根据这三种模型给出了PID的数字算法中偏差的不同计算方法和所对应的参数整定方法,并且给出一种测试未知数字PID参数的整定方法。

Abstract:Step response model,which is needed in adjustment of controller parameters,is normally used in engineering.Three kinds of step respouse models are presented according to digital control platform:non-dimension general digital model,which is from digital control item to digital controlled item;semi-dimension general object model,which is from digital control item to actual physical controlled variable with di- mension;full-dimension object model,which is from actual physical control variable with dimension to actual physical controlled variable with dimension.Different algorithms of deflection of PID digital algorithm and the corresponding adjustment of parameters are given.Then a adjust- ment method to test unknown parameters of digital PID is given.
