| 摘 要： | 以城市废弃工业用地为研究对象,分析了其研究背景,从城市废弃工业用地形成入手分析,研究了其用地性质转换及成因,并列举了几个城市废弃工业用地性质转换的实例加以说明,以更好地引导城市的用地结构调整。

| Abstract: | Taken industrial abandoned land in city as research object the research background is analyzed.From the formation of industrial abandoned land the reasons caused the property transition of industrial abandoned land in city is studied.Combined with examples the property transition of several industrial abandoned lands is elaborated in order to guide structural adjustment for land use. |
