区域备自投通用模型建模及实现逻辑

摘    要:保证供电可靠性的传统方法是在变电站内配置站内备自投装置,但对于两个及以上110 kV厂站串供的情况,在一些特殊的运行方式下会出现备自投不能正常启动或站内备自投动作后会造成一些变电站失压。针对这个问题设计了主站区域备自投系统。该系统采用了站内备自投的动作逻辑,但包含的断路器可属于不同的厂站,因此相当于站内备自投的扩展,具有既能节省设备投资,又能保证供电可靠性的特点。

Abstract:The traditional method to improve the reliability of power grids is to add busbar automatic transfer switch (BATS) in substations, but in the cases where two or more 110 kV voltage substations running in series, it may occur that the BATS is unable to start on in some special running modes, or there is no voltage at certain substations when the BATS acts. Aiming at that problem, this paper designs a regional automatic busbar transfer switch (RBATS), which adopts the logic of the BATS in a substation, and can employ the switchs in several substations, and thus is an extended one of the BATS in a substation so to improve the reliability of power grids with less equipment investment.
