数字化变电站保护装置实验室测试技术探讨

摘    要:由于硬件结构和实现方式与传统微机型保护装置的不同,对数字化变电站保护装置测试方法提出了新的要求。介绍数字化保护装置的测试要求、可行测试方案和在实验室实现其功能测试、一致性测试的方法,研究数字化保护测试仪在工程测试中的配置方法和测试方案,指出目前的测试仪无法考察在某些异常状态下保护装置的性能、多数测试仪不具备接收IRIG-B,IEEE 1588码的功能等方面的不足,提出将工程测试和实验室平台测试相结合的思路。

Abstract:It is necessary to improve the testing method for the protection relay in digital substations as its hardware and signal processing are different from that of the traditional relay based on microcomputer. Analyzing the testing requirements, available schemes, this paper discusses the function and consistency testing methods of the digital protection device in laboratory. In addition, its configuration and testing scheme in engineering practice are also analyzed, pointing out that there is insufficiency in the current instruments such as unable to test the performance of protection devices in abnormal states, and, for most of them, to receive IRIGB, IEEE 1588 synchronization signal, and thus the idea is proposed to combine the engineering method with the laboratory method.
