| 摘 要： | 分析了煤矿斜井带式输送机提升系统控制的要求,提出了采用高压变频器的自动控制方案。该方案控制系统可以软启动,操作者根据煤仓煤量的多少来调节变频器输出频率,不仅调节了电动机的转速,而且达到了节能的效果。

| Abstract: | An automatic control scheme of using high voltage converter based on analyzing the control requirements of hoisting system of belt conveyor in the inclined shaft of coal mine.In the scheme,the control system can complete the soft start,and the operator can regulate the output frequency of the converter according to the loading in the bunker not only to regulate the motor speed but also to achieve the energy-saving effect. |
