| 摘 要： | 建立了HPLC法测定美耐皿餐具中三聚氰胺的方法。采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-10 mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠水溶液（冰醋酸调节pH至3.5）（15：85）,流速为1 mL·min^-1,检测波长240 nm,柱温为30℃。结果表明：三聚氰胺在5.0-37.2μg·mL^-1浓度范围内,线性方程Y=5541.2X-29.381（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为100.40％, RSD为0.43（n=9）。该方法快速准确、灵敏度高、重复性好。

| Abstract: | The determination method of melamine in melamine resin tableware by HPLC was established. A C18 column was used, with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-（10 mmol/L） sodium heptanesulfonate （ acetic acid to adjust pH to 3. 5, volume ratio of 15：85） solution, at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength of 240 nm and column temperature of 30℃. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5. 0-37. 2μg·mL-1. Linear equation was Y=5541. 2 X-29. 381 （ r=0. 9999 ） . The average recovery was 100. 40% and RSD was 0. 43 （ n=9 ） . The method was simple, fast and accurate, with high sensitivity and good reproducibility. |
