摘    要:济钢400m2烧结机主抽风机采用高压变频器起动和变频调速运行,实现2台电机与2台变频器无扰切换、互为备用。系统实现了同步投切、飞车起动、同步机励磁自动调节等功能,节电率超过20%,效益显著。

Abstract:The main exhauster of Jinan Steel’s 400 m2 sinter machine adopted high voltage inverter starting and frequency control operation, achieving undisturbed switching and mutual backup between 2 motors and 2 transducers. The system realized synchronous switching, speed starting and synchronous machine excitation automatic adjusting function and so on. The electricity saving rate was more than 20 percent and the benefit was distinct.
