网络拥塞原因及控制策略研究

摘    要:为了解决因特网的拥塞问题,对导致网络拥塞的原因进行探讨,介绍传输控制协议(Transmission Control Protocol,TCP)拥塞控制的原理及其基本算法,并针对慢启动算法提出改进算法。新算法通过实时带宽测量以及将慢启动后期分阶段实现,从而在大容量网络中提高信道利用率,并减少慢启动后期可能出现的大量丢包。仿真结果表明,改进算法具有更好的性能。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of congestion in Internet, the causes of congestion are explored firstly, and then TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) congestion control principles and basic algorithms are described, in addition, an improved algorithm for slow start algorithm is proposed. New algorithm is realized through real-time bandwidth measurement and by stages of the late stage of slow start, thus, it improves the channel utilization in large-capacity network, and avoids a lot of packet loss which may occur in late stage of slow start. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm has better performance.
