| 摘 要： | 产业集群是推动区域经济发展的一个重要环节,针对现有区域产业集群竞争力评价指标的缺陷,在产业集群理论基础上,通过分析区域产业集群竞争力的构成要素,构建了区域产业集群竞争力评价指标体系,对关中-天水经济区信息产业集群竞争力进行了评价。关中-天水经济区信息产业集群需要政府积极引导,完善信息产业集群发展的政策、环境支持;企业抓住国际国内产业转移机会,转变观念,共同提升关中-天水经济区信息集群竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Industrial cluster is an important step of implement for regional economic development.To overcome the drawbacks to the present evaluation indicators of regional industrial clusters competition based on theory of industrial clusters,an indicator system of evaluation of regional industrial clusters competition is established by factors analyzing of regional industrial clusters competition.By using the indicator system,it evaluated the Guanzhong-Tianshui regional information industrial clusters competition.The government should give the industrial cluster of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone a vigorous support and correct guidance,while,all the enterprises should snatch at the chance of industrial transfer to change their ideology,thus,the Guanzhong-Tianshui regional information industrial cluster may turns more competitive. |
