内窥涡流一体化综合检测仪研制及在某航空发动机上的应用

摘    要:介绍了新研制的全内置便携式内窥涡流一体化综合检测仪的工作原理及结构。该仪器通过硬件和软件的设计,合理地将多频涡流检测与视频内窥镜检测两大功能融合在一起,并研制了一套超小型一体化内窥涡流探头,成功应用于检测飞机发动机篦齿盘均压孔和叶片裂纹。

Abstract:The article describes basic theory and structure of the new handy all inside endoscope and eddy current unify testing instrument made.The instrument skillfully integrates multi-frequency eddy current technique and video endoscope technique together by design of hardware and software,moreover,a miniature unify endoscope and eddy current probe is developed.The instrument has been successfully applied on aircraft engine tray and blade testing.
