综合分析了目前电网防污闪工作的开展情况 ,阐述了电网防污闪的基础性工作及影响电网防污闪能力的多方因素 ,着重探讨了提高电网防污闪能力的各项措施 ,介绍了厦门电网防污闪工作的经验 ,并提出各项防污闪措施的选用建议。运行经验表明 ,只要结合电网实际采取合理的综合性防污闪措施 ,可有效避免电网的大面积污闪事故。

Discussion on the Synthetic Measures for Preventing from Pollution Flashover in Power System

The paper analyzes synthetically the development of preventing from pollution flashover in power system. It also presents the fundamental work and the various factors in the efficacy in preventing pollution flashover. It mainly discusses the various measures of improving the preventing pollution flashover ability and introduces the experience in preventing pollution flashover in Xiamen Power System. Some proposals to select corresponding measures to prevent pollution flashover are offered. The experience indicates that if the proper measure is taken, the networks' pollution flashover in large areas can be avoided effectively.
