| 摘 要： | 提出了质量功能配置小组的层次结构问题,并对不同层次上具有不同特点的小组在大小、类型、生存期和管理四个方面进行了讨论。本文还介绍了QFD小组各功能间的信息交流,并将其与阶段评价方法做了比较,进而提出了QFD小组与企业其他部分进行信息交流的模型。最后讨论了QFD应用中的四种信息技术。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the question of hierarchy structure of QFD multifunctional team and discusses the size,type, duration and management of team with different character . It also introduces the information communication among functions and does some comparison with phase-review method, then presents a communication model to enhance the communication between QFD team and other function department . Finally, four information technologies in applying QFD are discussed. |
