| Abstract: | The paper has analyzed the harm of air shock wave.The feasible water pond has been designed and the working instruction has been established according to the explosion energy-absorbing properties of water.By this way,the harm of noise and flies stone have been avoided effectively,and a new way to destroy the waste detonator has been provided. |
