钢球磨煤机模糊优化控制系统及其应用

摘    要:钢球磨煤机(球磨机)模糊优化控制系统采用噪声传感器测量球磨机内负荷(煤量),利用信号处理技术与多元函数拟合以及快速傅里叶(FFT)分析方法识别其噪声特征谱,并结合神经网络软测量技术得到较准确的测量值;采用简单优化算法进行稳态监控优化,以提高制粉系统的出力;将数据库维护、系统控制和系统组态分开处理,使系统更具有灵活性。实际应用表明,采用模糊优化控制系统后球磨机出力有较大幅度的提高,总体制粉单耗下降约3.5(kW.h)/t,节能效果显著。
