深孔超声轴向振动钻削装置的设计与研究

摘    要:根据振动切削机理对超声振动钻削和普通钻削进行了分析比较,设计出一种在摇臂钻床上加工小直径深孔的超声轴向振动钻削装置。并分析了超声振动钻削装置设计中的一些关键技术问题,为在摇臂钻床上加工小直径深孔提供了一种新的工艺途径。

Abstract:The ultrasonic vibration dril ling is compared with the general one on the basis of vibration cutting principl e in this paper. Ultrasonic longitudinal vibration drilling device for small-dia meter deep holes was designed and applied to rocker arm drilling machine. Some k ey techniques were analyzed when designed vibration device, and a new method was afforded for small-diameter deep holes.
