| 摘 要： | 为改变国有商业银行亏损严重的局面,法国自20世纪80年代中期开始了商业银行私有化进程。这一进程呈现出阶段性、完全性、目的性、向战略投资者出售股权效率改进更为显著和完善的资本市场是商业银行产权改革的重要外部条件五个特点。从中可以得到如下启示:(1)遵循阶段性;(2)遵循完全性;(3)有目的地转让国有股份;(4)股权多元化改革是一个系统工程。

| Abstract: | In order to change the situation of severe loss from state-owned commercial banks, France started its privatization from mid - 1980s. There are such five characteristics as stage, completeness, purpose, selling shares to strategic investors being more efficient, and perfect capital market, which are important external con- ditions for diversification of stock ownership of state - owned commercial banks in this process. Four revelations can be reached as follows： （1）obeying the objective of stages; （2）obeying the objective of completeness; （3）assigning state - owned shares on purpose; （4） diversification of stock ownership is a systematic program. |
