单周期控制交错APFC的分析与实现

摘    要:单相有源功率因数校正器(APFC)在单相交流电源供电的大功率变频空调领域中应用前景良好。该文在描述单周期控制PFC原理的基础上,提出了两级交错PFC共用中间电压的单周期控制策略,在理论分析单周期控制在实现均流和均载的原理基础上,进行了全面仿真分析和实验研究。结果表明这种方法具有单周期控制的优点,而且均流、均载效果较好,能够支持较大功率输出。

Abstract:The application of single-phase active power factor correction(APFC ) has good prospects in the area of high-power and variable-frequency air cond itioners, which are supplied by single-phase AC power-supply. This paper intro duces the principle of one-cycle control(OCC) theory, and presents a control st rategy using OCC in two-level interleaved PFC with the same intermediate voltag e. Based on the theoretical analysis of current-sharing and load-sharing with OCC, comprehensive simulation analysis is performed, and experiments are carried out. The results show that the method not only has the advantage of OCC, but al so has good performances in current-sharing and load-sharing, supporting high power output.
