摘    要:在分析防范矿井提升机恶性过卷事故必要性的基础上,文章研究了几种预防矿井提升机恶性过卷事故的技术与方法。通过设立独立的行程监控单元,确保提升行程和速度给定准确无误;通过速度的优化控制,减轻驱动电流冲击对提升绳的损伤;通过连续和定点相结合的速度监控,实现速度保护的高可靠性;通过优化装卸载工艺控制,预防错误装载故障导致的过卷事故。文章中提出的各种技术与方法是在实际应用中总结得出的,应用效果良好。
