聚乳酸大分子引发剂的一步法合成

摘    要:在异辛酸亚锡的催化下,以三溴乙醇作为引发剂,通过L-丙交酯一步开环聚合合成了端基含有溴原子的聚乳酸大分子引发剂PLLA-Br,为进一步通过ATRP反应制备聚乳酸嵌段共聚物奠定基础。利用GPc考察了PLLA-Br的数均分子量及分子量分布与反应时间的关系。FT-IR、~1H-NMR、DSC和TG等结果表明,PLLA-Br链端含有溴原子,属结晶聚合物,其结晶温度在104℃,熔融温度约为180℃,热分解温度高于200℃。

Abstract:A polylactide macroinitiator(PLLA-Br) was synthesized from L-lactide through the one-step ring opening polymerization(ROP) which was catalyzed by Sn(Oct)_2,and initiated by 2,2,'2'-Tribromoethanol.The relation of the number average molecular weight(M_n) as well as the polydispersity index(PDI) of the polymer and the reaction time was studied by Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC).The structure and thermal properties of PLLA-Br were further characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-...
