天然石墨鳞片表面接枝改性和热处理的研究

摘    要:以对氨基苯磺酸、亚硝酸钠为原料,对天然石墨鳞片表面进行了接枝改性处理,显著提高了天然石墨鳞片的亲水性.同时将天然石墨鳞片进行煅烧处理,有效去除生产过程中附着于其表面的各种油性物质及基团.两种处理使石墨鳞片的表面具有均匀分布的亲水性,有利于水合氧化硅在石墨鳞片表面的均匀沉积,从而制备得到性能优异的新型颜料--随角异色效应颜料.

Abstract:The surface of natural scale graphite was modified by wet chemical method using sulfanilic acid and sodium nitrite as raw materials,which could remarkably elevate the hydrophilicity of natural scale graphite. Meanwhile,the natural scale graphite was calcined to efficiently remove the oily substances and groups on its surface. The surface of the scale graphite presented evenly-distributed hydrophilicity by using above two treating methods, which was propitious to the deposition of hydrated silicon oxide on the surface of natural scale graphite. Surface modification and heat treatment made the preparation of the goniochromatic pigments possible.
