几种齐格勒一纳塔聚丙烯催化剂的中试评价研究

摘    要:应用75kg/h聚丙烯中试装置评价了A、B、C、D4种聚丙烯催化剂的性能,考察了催化剂的活性、氢调敏感性、等规度、聚合物细粉等性能。结果表明,B、C、D3种国产催化剂活性高于进口催化剂A,且3种国产催化剂的氢调敏感性好、等规指数可调,能够适应聚丙烯中试装置生产的需要,但D催化剂聚合物细粉较多。B、C、D国产催化刹生产的T30S产品,其质量能够达到标准要求。

Abstract:The characteristics of the four polypropylene catalysts were evaluated with polypropylene 75 kg/h pilot plant. Tile effects of catalyst activity, hydrogen sensitivity, isotacticity, and fine polymer powder were studied. The results show that the domestic catalysts B, C and D has high activity than catalyst A. The property of hydrogen response and isotactic index can adapt to the production of polypropylene unit of the pilot test, but the D has more polymer powder. Tile production of T30S using domestic catalysts B, C and D can meet quality targets.
