压裂仪表系统中超压保护装置的设计方法

摘    要:为油田井下压裂施工仪表车而设计的超压保护装置是基于8031单片机的高智能型监控装置,内部电路采用高精度数据采集A/D芯片ICL7135及其相关的接口技术,RS-422串行通信,光电隔离和语音合成等技术,当压力超过设定范围时,它将语音提示并使系统进入保护运行状态,在压裂施工过程中,它能独立于其他监控仪表系统工作,也能与上位计算机联机工作。

Abstract:The overpressure protection equipment designed for oilfield downhole fracturing truck, of which the internal circuit is composed of high accuracy data acquisition chip A/D ICL 7135 and its correlated interface technique, RS-422 serial communication , photoelectric isolation and phonic compound techniques etc, is based on high intelligent monitor of 8031 one chip computer. When pressure exceeds its setup range the system is in protection status with phonic prompt. During the fracturing operation, the system works without the other monitoring system and works online with upper computer as well.
