热泵精馏在气体分馏装置丙烯塔中的应用分析

摘    要:将热泵精馏技术应用于气体分馏工艺的丙烯精馏塔,选择再沸器液体闪蒸式热泵精馏系统代替常规精馏。采用ChemCAD流程模拟软件分别对丙烯塔常规精馏与热泵精馏系统进行模拟计算,分析比较了2种工艺的节能效率和经济性。结果表明,与单塔常规精馏相比,热泵精馏分离系统节能效率高,经济效率显著,冷凝器节能83.07%,再沸器节能82.96%;能源消耗降低60.5%。

Abstract:The heat pump distillation technique is applied on the propylene rectification tower of gas fractionation unit,and the reboiler liqiud flash heat pump distillation system is choosed to instead conventional distillation.The simulation calculation on the normal distillation and heat pump distillation system of the single-column are carried out with the soft of ChemCAD.The energy-saving efficiency and economics between two processes are analyzed and compared.The results show that,the heat pump distillation separation system can save energe for the condenser and reboiler by 83.07% and 82.96% to compared with the conventional single-column distillation,the resource consuption decreace by 60.5%.
