玻璃纤维对消声器消声性能的影响

摘    要:建立消声器的三维模型,利用数值模拟的方法分析有无玻璃纤维材料时消声器消声性能的变化.同时分析玻璃纤维材料的直径、密度及直径和密度一起变化时对整个消声器消声性能的影响.结果表明,加入玻璃纤维可以显著改善消声器的消声性能,玻璃纤维的直径和密度对消声器的消声性能也有明显的影响.

Abstract:With the numerical simulation method the muffler performance changes with and without glass fiber materials were analyzed based on the establishment of three-dimensional model of the muffler. At the same time, the influences on entire muffler performance were also analyzed with the changes of glass fiber's diameter,density and both of them. The results show the glass fibers can significantly improve muffler performance,and the changes of glass fiber's diameter and density have noticeable influences on muffler performance.
