聚酯酯化反应通氮气工艺的研究

摘    要:在常规聚酯酯化反应条件下,向20 mL酯化反应器通入氮气,探讨了通氮气对酯化反应速度的影响。结果表明:向酯化反应器通入氮气,有利于提高聚酯酯化反应速度,平均酯化反应速度比常规工艺提高19.18%。其中,向酯化反应器气相通入氮气,酯化反应速度比常规工艺提高27.7%。

Abstract:Purging nitrogen gas into a 20 mL reactor,the effect of nitrogen on the esterification rate was discussed under the traditional polyester esterification conditions.The results showed that as compared with traditional process,the esterification rate was increased by 19.18% for purging the reactor with nitrogen gas and by 27.7% for purging the gas phase in the reactor with nitrogen gas.Purging the esterification reactor with nitrogen gas is helpful to raising the esterification rate of polyester.
