| 摘 要： | 本文介绍的位置跟随控制系统的核心是两台交流电机的同步控制,该控制系统以OM RON PLC为控制中心.结合变频器.对两台交流电机进行同步控制。在工业生产中应用广泛,如许多工厂的生产线、装配线或纺织、印染、造纸的锭翼和卷绕等都会用到这类同步驱动。该系统选用了高速计数单元,对编码器的高速脉冲信号处理后及时反馈给变频器,从而控制电机速度以达到位置的同步控制。实际应用表明该系统具有较高的控制精度和性能。
