| 摘 要： | 利用微波反应合成了新型的光敏聚酰亚胺_的中间体光敏二胺(1,4-二[2-(4-氨基苯甲酰)乙烯基]苯),研究了光敏二胺的制备,并用核磁及元素、红外、紫外对其结构进行了表征,初步探讨了反应时间及反应温度的影响.

| Abstract: | Due to their prominent synthetical function,the most widespread application domain and many kinds of ways in the synthesis,polyimide have been already obtained the full understanding in huge applicative prospect.So,the Photosensitive polyimide obtain the widespread development for fine-pattern photoetching directly.From it application and applicative prospect,we synthesized a novel type of diamine,and studied on the synthesis,the structure of polymer was also characterized by NMR,element analysis,UV-VIS and IR analysis,and the effets of reaction temperature and reaction time were discussed.at the end,we synthesised the diamine. |
