混合社区适宜模式及实现途径研究

社区具有“社会空间”统一体的特征,目前社区规划的同质化趋势背离了社会整合的目标。针对这一问题,提出“异质社区同质化”和“同质社区异质化”策略,把一定规模不同阶层混合居住的社区分成许多由“同质社团”构成的居住单元,并用“物质补购”原则增强不同阶层居民间的交往,实现社会融合。

Study on the Pattern Suitable for Mixed Community and the Way to Realize It

A community is characterized by the en- tity of"society --space".Presently the trend of ho- mogeneity in community planning has deviated from the goal of social integration.The paper has ad- dressed this problem by proposing the policies of "homogeneity of community with heterogeneity"and "heterogeneity of community with homogeneity".In this way a community with mixed habitation by people from different walks of life can be divided into many residential units made up of"communities with homogeneity",forming a social integration through enhancing the communication among residents from different walks of life by following the principle of "physical supplementary purchase".
