不同采厚非对称开采围岩变形特征模拟分析及应用

摘    要:依据谢桥矿1151(3)综放面非对称布置开采的地质和技术条件,采用计算机数值模拟(FLAC3D)系统开展了一次采厚变化对覆岩运移特征的影响研究.研究结果表明:不同采厚围岩运移特征均具有明显的非对称性,煤柱侧围岩塑性区宽度和位移远大于工作面中、下部;工作面前方塑性区宽度、走向工作面后方围岩塑性区边界与采空区方向的夹角和倾向下山方向围岩塑性区边界与煤层夹角与一次采厚呈非线性正比,走向工作面前方围岩塑性区边界与推进方向的夹角与一次采厚成非线性反比.工程应用表明,非对称开采工作面支架的选型和设计应适应围岩非对称变形的特点,并改善供液系统,加强端头管理.

Abstract:In order to make clear the movement characteristics of surrounding rock with different mining thicknesses,according to the geological and mining technical conditions and asymmetric mining in No.1151(3) working face of Xieqiao Mine,we numerically simulated the effect of mining thickness on movement of surrounding rocks using FLAC3D.The results show that 1) the movement of surrounding rock is obviously asymmetric for different mining thicknesses,2) the displacement and width of the plastic area of surrounding...
