摘    要:对基于Internet的远程故障诊断和维修向导技术进行了探讨,介绍系统的总体结构、功能模型,并以柔性制造系统(FMS)为应用对象,采用动态Web技术成功开发了原型系统。实际应用证明该技术对实现复杂系统故障诊断与维修资源信息共享,实现故障快速诊断和维修,提高系统的可用度、降低维修成本是有效、可行的。

Abstract:A remote diagnosis and repair guideline system based on Internet is presented in this paper to overcome the bottleneck of troubleshooting and device repair for complex systems. The general framework and its corresponding functional model are described in detail. A prototype of remote fault diagnosis and repair guide system for a Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) based on Internet has been developed and implemented successfully by deploying dynamic Web technology. The efficiency and feasibility for reducing the time of fault diagnosis and repair, sharing the information resource, improving the device availability and customer's service and reducing repair cost are proved by the applications.
