Nylon-6/PET共混物增容方法的研究

摘    要:分别用对甲苯磺酸(TsOH)与钛酸酯偶联剂作为Nylon-6与PET酯-酰胺交换反应的催化剂,以达到原位增容Nylon-6/PET共混物的目的,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察了共混物的结构形态,SEM观察表明这两种催化剂都具有增容作用。共混物的力学性能与熔体流动速率测试结果表明,催化剂的加入,降低了Nylon-6与PET的分子量。

Abstract:Ternary blends based on Nylon-6,PET and catalyzer(TsOH,NDZ-311) were investigated.The catalyzer(TsOH,NDZ-311) were demonstrated to be an efficient reactive compatibiizer for Nylon-6/PET blends by catalyzing reaction between Nylon-6 and PET.It was also showed that the molecular weight of Nylon-6 and PET decreased with the addition of catalyzer(TsOH,NDZ-311).
