大型防护密闭装置复位机构的结构分析

摘    要:防护密闭门在战时可将高速公路山体段隧道空间隔断,形成特殊专用的人防工程,具有重要的战备效益和经济效益。由于门扇尺寸大,质量重,直接手动关闭费时费力。本文针对在关闭门扇过程中存在的门扇重、牵引力大等问题进行了探讨,提出了解决这类问题的方案,并对已经应用到实际工程中的复位机构方案进行了分析,在保证防护密闭门战备效果的同时,简化了结构,减少了平战转化的工作量,并在此基础上研制了防护密闭隔断装置专利产品。

Abstract:The protective sealing valve is important for autobahn civil defense engineering , especially in the wartime which can ensure the security of personnel and equi pment. Because the valve has huge structure and big gravity, it's very difficult to turn the valve wing by hand. Base on analyzing the problems of the gravity o f the valve wing and the towing force, a new scheme has been put forward in text . In scheme, a reset mechanism has been introduced in detail. A new patent of pr otective sealing valve has been developed.
